In 1998, Shy found out she would be the mother of an African American male child. She wanted him to discover his world differently. She developed a curriculum that was based on positive affirmations, strong parental involvement and a creative outlook on problem solving. View our journey of 20 years of PEACE infused in the life of her oldest son Sananda Muhammad.

Signing Day. SAM tests in the top 15% on the ASVAP to be officially accepted into the military. He's Airforce bound.
It's our family tradition to dress alike when we go somewhere important.
